Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Android App Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to build performant, user-friendly mobile apps.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean, intuitive interfaces
- Integrate APIs and backend services
- Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Debug, test, and optimize applications
- Follow Android development best practices and coding standards
- Maintain documentation and app release processes
- Stay updated with the latest Android trends and technologies
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Android app development
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of app performance optimization and security
Nice to Have
- Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store
- Knowledge of Firebase and push notifications
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps
- Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native)
- Agile/Scrum experience
